PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing a subscription from Zelora ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following recurring purchase terms.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Your subscription will automatically renew every 4 weeks (28 days) unless canceled before your next billing date.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you authorize Zelora to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription product and delivery schedule selected at checkout.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your subscription management portal and cancel online; or

• Email support@tryzelorastore.com from the email address associated with your subscription.

There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or minimum purchase commitments.

Any order that has already been processed or charged before your cancellation request may still be shipped. Future recurring charges will stop after cancellation is processed.

SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Customers may manage their subscriptions at any time, including:

• Canceling a subscription

• Pausing a subscription

• Skipping an upcoming order

• Updating billing information

• Updating shipping information

• Changing subscription preferences

RENEWAL FREQUENCY

Subscriptions renew every 4 weeks (28 days) unless canceled.

PRICE CHANGES

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing in the future. If subscription pricing changes, customers will be notified before the new pricing takes effect.
